The Seventeenth Alsakan Conflict was the final war in a series of conflicts between the planets Coruscant and Alsakan. The seventeenth conflict took place in 3,017 BBY, nearly fourteen thousand years after the the first of such events.^[1] During the war, the Alsakan battle cruisers that had been developed served as the basis for the Republic's Invincible-class Dreadnaught Heavy Cruiser.^[2]
