Shantipole was a corvette used by the Alliance to Restore the Republic during the Galactic Civil War.

Shantipole was used to evacuate Verpine personnel from the research facility on Shantipole, in the Roche asteroid belt, when the Shantipole Project was compromised by the presence of an Imperial spy. Given its name, it is likely this vessel was originally manufactured on or around the Shantipole asteroid.
