Sheel Mafeen was a female Togruta poetess who lived on the planet Coruscant in the early days of the Galactic Empire.
Biography
In 18 BBY, she was a fighter of the Whiplash resistance movement and member of the Whiplash Council. She was a good friend of Coruscant Security Force Prefect Pol Haus, also a member of Whiplash, with whom she shared a flirtatious relationship. After a failed attack on Emperor Palpatine's villa by Whiplash which killed most of the Whiplash Council and operatives, Mafeen and Haus were one of the few remaining Whiplash Council members.
