President Si-Di-Ri was a male Tiss'shar and the head of the Tiss'sharl League.

Eight months ABY, Darth Vader arrived on Tiss'sharl to introduce the planet's new Imperial Liaison, Commander Demmings, and to require the League to lower the selling price of TaggeCo blaster cartridges to the Galactic Empire.
Following Vader's demands, Si-Di-Ri was attacked by an assassin. He survived, but the attack, one of several assassination attempts against government officials in close succession, shook the president. He departed to meet with former Senator Timi Rotramel of Mon Calamari in order to discuss the Alliance to Restore the Republic's desire for Tiss'sharl to join the Rebellion. Si-Di-Ri derided the Alliance's chances, and before Rotramel could complete his offer, Vader appeared, having been tipped off to Si-Di-Ri's location by a guard. Vader executed Senator Rotramel, then complimented the President's loyalty to the Empire, allowing TaggeCo to keep its existing price.
Realizing that, despite his climb to the top of the Tiss'shar ladder, there would always be a greater master pulling the strings, Si-Di-Ri chose to take the extremely unorthodox step of resigning as President. He was succeeded by the power-hungry Vice President, Geor-Dan-Thi.
