Sil Unch was a male Neimoidian comm officer in the Trade Defense Force, serving aboard the Droid Control Ship. Like Tey How, he wore special data goggles and a vocabulator that translated his words into computer impulse. Sil Unch despised his superior, Daultay Dofine.

He perished when Anakin Skywalker destroyed the Control Ship in the Battle of Naboo.
