The silver lined sword was a long and straight blade that saw use during the Jedi Civil War. It sparkled with a silver sheen that became brighter as the hilt was grasped. The blade was warm and appeared to become white-hot when held. A flame insignia was impressed upon the hilt. One of these swords resided in the Tomb of Ajunta Pall.
