Siralt was a Grand Moff who was on board the Bloodfin during the Second Battle of Fondor who didn't believe Darth Caedus could stay in power after the confrontation he and Cha Niathal had had and believed him totally discredited after not recognizing Niathal's authority. He is believed dead as the Mandalorian slaughtered all the Moffs on the ship that were there when Pellaeon was assassinated.
