Skeel was a muscled young Cerean. He was the leader of the Band of Techrats along with Kordren and Maj-Odo-Nomor. He was also the boyfriend of Twin. Skeel painted his face in order to hide his identity as a swoop rider. He died in 33 BBY during swoop accident while racing Kordren in the outsider citadel.
