Skeel was a muscled young Cerean. He was the leader of the Band of Techrats along with Kordren and Maj-Odo-Nomor.

BiographyEdit

As followers of Bron's ProTech movement, Skeel denied against the iron attitude of the Cerean Elders and eventually joined the Band of Techrats along with his girlfriend Twin.

In 33 BBY, Skeel painted his face in order to hide his identity as a swoop rider. During a race, Skeel lost control lost control of his swoop and crashed into a façade of a building which ultimately killed him.
