This skirmish was fought over the destroyed colony on Bakura-6. After the Alliance fleet had arrived in the Bakura system, it was decided by Luke Skywalker and Han Solo that the Millennium Falcon would stay hidden over Bakura-6, since the true allegiance of the Imperial forces was unknown.^[2]

While Skywalker's fleet engaged the enemy, the Falcon tried to hide in the ruins. However, due to a technical malfunction of the ship's modifications, that wasn't entirely possible. A few Swarm-class battle droids left from the siege detected the Falcon and attacked. Han Solo and Leia Organa were able to destroy all attacking droids, although they were surprised by the extreme agility and shield strength.^[2]

Solo and Organa decided not to wait and find out if any other forces were left and jumped directly to Bakura. They arrived just in time and at the right place to destroy a Fw'Sen-class cruiser and prevent Skywalker's fleet from taking heavy casualties.^[2]
