The Skirmish at Dinlo was a conflict between the Republic forces and Separatist forces on the planet Dinlo, 367 standard days after the Battle of Geonosis (21 BBY).

Sarlacc A and B Battalions, under the command of Jedi General Vaas Ga and Clone Commander Gree, were caught behind enemy lines on Dinlo and needed evacuation. RAS Fearless with General Etain Tur-Mukan arrived bringing Improcco Company to extract them.

There were numerous casualties on both sides. The Separatist losses were battle droids and super battle droids. Improcco Company suffered mild losses; 4 were killed in action, and fifteen were wounded. Sarlacc battalions A and B suffered worse; 94 were killed in action and 215 were wounded.
