The Skirmish on Nar Shaddaa was a minor conflict in which the yacht Visionary, was destroyed by the Jedi Exile and a number of unidentified starfighters. By 3,951 BBY the elusive Exchange boss G0-T0 controlled crime in the Y'Toub system, which very much meant he controlled its economy as well, quite an achievement in the broad Hutt Space where entrepreneurs such as Vogga used to "run the show". G0-T0's efforts to bolster the Republic's infrastructure involved for some time preying on Vogga's business; it was his belief that should the Republic rely on the Hutts for any resources whatsoever, they would bankrupt the Republic in the long run, and he felt it would have helped were they occupied with him instead.
To keep himself from being a target to his criminal rivals, G0-T0 had his yacht provided with a stygium cloaking device, nevertheless when he captured the Exile, her crew managed to board the vessel and rescue her, deactivating the countermeasure on their way out. It was so, that the Visionary was boarded by a number of bounty hunters and attacked by several other ships in the skies above Nar Shaddaa, the Exile barely made it off the vessel herself before it went up in the close of the battle.
[edit] Aftermath
The outcome of this conflict would result in the destabilization of crime through the whole sector, affecting its economy for years. With the Exchange in disarray, the refugees of the Mandalorian Wars and the Jedi Civil War who were stranded on the smuggler's moon had their chance to prosper and grow, according to Kreia's predictions. Vogga the Hutt, who still represented a powerful economic base, resumed shipping operations and established with the Telosian Council a trade of fuel between Sleyheron and Citadel Station, in accordance with a deal struck with the Exile.
