Skosef was a general of the Galactic Empire's Imperial Army and conspirator in Grand Moff Trachta's plan to overthrow the Sith.

BiographyEdit

In 1 BBY, General Skosef was one of the members in a conspiracy to eliminate Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader and then take control of the Galactic Empire. It was Grand Moff Trachta, the main architect of the plan, who recruited Moff Kadir to the conspiracy, but it was Skosef who introduced the young commander of the Coruscant Security Force to the other members of the conspiracy.

Skosef served as the executor of the conspirators' will, although Bartam questioned his overall necessity to the success of the plot. He was responsible for making sure that the clone stormtroopers loyal to Trachta were able to plant an explosive on board the Emperor's personal Lambda-class shuttle. The bomb exploded and destroyed the shuttle, killing numerous stormtroopers and Royal Guards. However, Emperor Palpatine survived the assassination attempt, and Trachta later told Skosef that he had been implicated in the attack.

When Grand Moff Bartam attempted to become the leader of the conspiracy, Skosef aligned himself with Trachta. Trachta decided to resolve the power struggle between him and Bartam, by ordering Skosef to eliminate his ally. Skosef infiltrated Bartam's apartment and shot the corpulent Grand Moff in the head with his blaster pistol, but he was then killed by Bartam's stormtrooper guard. However, Skosef never learned Trachta was assassinated at the same time by Gauer, the other conspirator who was loyal to Bartam.
