In 22 BBY, a speeder accident on Skylane T-534D was caused by a malfunctioning automated pubtrans flitter that went the wrong direction. Five speeder vehicles avoiding the flitter collided into an unmanned water silo, which was breached and flooded the apartments below. Lott Dod was one of the six accident victims and was rushed to a medical unit.
