Lord Sloan Rusper was a well known, experienced hunter from Naboo.
Shortly before the Battle of Restuss Hefsen Zindalai gave Rusper the task to make sure the area around the city of Restuss was safe for the Restuss Arts Jubilee. When Rusper discovered that something in the water turned predators of Rori into marauding beasts and made them even more dangerous, he hired several well-armed, experienced hunters to help him purge this danger.
He left Restuss when it came to the devastating Battle of Restuss that resulted in the destruction of the city.

Lord Sloan Rusper was a Non-Player Character (NPC) in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies, located in a small camp just outside the city of Restuss. He gave players two tasks: first to kill a certain creature and then to rescue a hunter and lead him back to Rusper.
He was removed from the game on June 27 2006 due to changes done to Restuss before the Battle of Restuss that destroyed the city.
