The Smokeswimmer was a Corellian corvette that was used by the Black Hammer pirates, a band of pirates that operated from the planet Galantos in the Deep Core. The corvette served as the flagship of the Trandoshan Stima Ardella, the leader of the Black Hammers, and she used the vessel to raid traffic that passed along the Widek Bypass.
