Lord Spenz was a minor aristocrat in the Galactic Empire soon after the Battle of Yavin.

As of 0 ABY, Spenz hired Sic-Six "fanger" Trix-sor, who had retired to enjoy gambling in Cloud City, Bespin. Spenz wanted Trix-sor to keep track of the events in Cloud City and secretly report to him. The Imperial believed he could obtain greater power by making use of that information.
