Spinnaker was a city on Naboo.

Spinnaker was one of Naboo's largest supply centers, with most of the planet's resources being shipped to the stockpiles there before transport off-world.

The city acted as the last barrier to the Trade Federation before Theed. During the Invasion of Naboo, the Federation had conquered a nearby Naboo village and from there, they looted Spinnaker's wealth in order to proceed with the attack.
It was later freed by Boss Nass and the Gungan Grand Army prior to the Battle of Naboo. However, it was hardly recognisable due to the massive damage it had sustained from Trade Federation forces and was little more than burning ruins, far from its original glory.
