Spiz's hoodlums were a gang of young miscreants who terrorized the slums of Coruscant prior to the Clone Wars. They were lead by Spiz and included a H'nemthe, a Kubaz and a number of other aliens.

One of their frequent victims was the alien Brat whom they beat up for fun. On one such occasion, in 27 BBY, they were scared off by a Force illusion of a rancor created by Jedi Master Yarael Poof.
