Spokesmind
The Spokesmind was a position held by the unofficial leader of the Hoojibs of Arbra. As the Hoojibs were telepathic creatures, they spoke directly into the minds of other sentients. The spokesmind was selected as the Hoojib who would "speak" for the entire species. Near the end of the Galactic Civil War, the spokesmind was Plif, who greeted the Rebel Alliance when they arrived on Arbra.
