Squib Jedi was a children's holobook series,^[1] which was popular before the Rise of the Empire era. The story centered around a Squib Jedi. Rumors circulated that the main character of the series was based upon an existing Squib Jedi Knight with roguish qualities.^[2] Volume 3 of the series was entitled Busteromuchmacho and the Vermillion Shadow.^[1]

A copy of Busteromuchmacho and the Vermillion Shadow was found in the possession of Squibs scavanging the ruins of Almas Academy after Order 66.^[1]
