Sta-Den Eekin was a male Klatooinian Jedi Master who served the Jedi Order during the final decades of the Republic Classic era.

Biography

A Force-sensitive Klatooinian, Sta-Den Eekin was trained by the Jedi Order in the ways of the Force, eventually attaining the rank of Jedi Master. Stationed at the Coruscant Jedi Temple in the days leading up to the vote in the Galactic Senate regarding the Military Creation Act, Master Eekin responded to Master of the Order Mace Windu's call-to-arms. Leading all available Jedi to the planet Geonosis, Windu's strike team landed on the plains of the dusty world and infiltrated the Petranaki arena in order to rescue Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Senator Padmé Amidala from execution by the Confederacy of Independent Systems.[1]
Igniting his lightsaber amongst the grandstands of the arena, Master Eekin leaped into action against the Separatist Droid Army. Master Eekin attempted to use his proficiency in Force persuasion to cloud the minds of his opponents; but the battle droids of the Separatist Army were unaffected by Eekin's attempts and shredded him with blasterfire.[1]
