The Empire Strikes Back is the video game adaptation of the film The Empire Strikes Back for the Atari 2600 and Commodore 64 video game consoles, and the very first Star Wars video game. In the game the player takes on the role of a Rebel pilot attempting to destroy AT-ATs on Hoth. Like most Atari games, it is near impossible to win—eventually the AT-ATs will reach their goal and the game will end. However, a long and complex cheat code will allow you to be invincible, and yet another will allow you to play as an AT-AT. This game can be found online for free and unlimited plays. George Iwanow is known to have worked on the Grafix System and programming for this game, along with Mark Robinson.
