Star Wars: The Musical

Star Wars: The Musical is a set of 18 songs, composed to depict scenes from Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. It was written and recorded with original music and lyrics, but also with the 'classic' music by John Williams woven in certain songs. The only known public performance of the musical came in 1999, during the District III Thespian Festival; the performance was well-received by critics, as well as garnering multiple awards. The musical, created by Timothy Edward Smith and Hunter Nolen, debuted shortly after the theatrical release of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace.
