The junior novelization of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope, later published as Star Wars Trilogy: A New Hope, was written by Ryder Windham and published by Scholastic in October 2004. It is based on the story and screenplay by George Lucas, and contains sixteen pages of full-color photos from the motion picture.
