Plot Summary
Edit
On the planet Serrocco, after a conversation with Zayne Carrick concerning the latter's Jedi vision about an imminent Mandalorian attack, Gryph asked Slyssk to dismantle the restuarant settled by them in Camp Three in order to escape from the planet as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, Zayne Carrick snuck into Carth Onasi's cargo while he's leaving the planet, and told him about his Jedi vision and his intention of meeting Admiral Saul Karath in order to warn him. Carth Onasi agreed with the request and flies towards the Courageus, while Zayne Carrick ask to use his comm system for an urgent call. Zayne calls Gryph and warn him again to leave Serrocco immediately, but the latter ignores the suggestion again turning to the money he can earn from the troops at lunchtime.
Carth Onasi and Zayne Carrick are received by Admiral Saul Karath who immediately recognizes the latter to be the highly-wanted Jedi-Killer. Admiral Karath accuses Zayne Carrick of being a Mandalorian spy, first infiltrated in the Jedi Order on Taris in order to kill young Jedi and destabilize the planet, then moved from Vanquo to Mandalorian space to refer about the situation of the Republic fleet. Zayne replies that he just want to save the people of Serrocco from the Mandalorian attack, and asks Admiral Karath to call the Jedi Council in order to trace back Squint, the only Jedi crusader able to confirm his story about what happened at Flashpoint Station.
While Carth Onasi is managing the call, on Serrocco surface the invasion allarm starts to sound, leaving Gryph and Slyssk bloackade on the ground.
Aboard The Last Resort, the HK-24 unit reveals that his intent is to capture Camper unharmed and kill Jarael. Engaging both her and Elbee in a fight, the assassin droid gets the upper-hand but is shot and destroyed by the Mandalorian Rohlan, who has been hiding on the ship in secret since Flashpoint.

Behind the scenes
Edit
- "Before it winds up wrong on someone's website, the word "ecliptic" does not refer to a spaceship by that name, Rand or otherwise. They’re referring to the plane of the ecliptic, which is defined by Serroco’s star and the orbit of the planet around it. "
- ―John Jackson Miller
Upon the arrival of the Mandalorian fleet to Serroco, the following line is said:
- "Mandalorian battle group in from hyperspace, Admiral! Just off the ecliptic -- one dreadnaught, several assault ships"
- ―Dallan Morvis
Author John Jackson Miller has explained in his online notes that the word "ecliptic" is meant to be the astronomical term, and explains in the comments section that the italicization of the word was a mistake. According to him, it will be fixed in the issue's trade paperback.
The name of the "LITTLE BIVOLI" is written in Aurebesh in green letters on the starship's hull.
