Star Wars Miniatures Battles is a core rulebook produced to support the tabletop miniature wargame system produced by West End Games in 1991. A second edition version was published in 1993 to better integrate the game with the Second Edition rules of the Star Wars Roleplaying Game. The first edition was winner of the Origins International Game Expo award for Best New Miniatures Rules of 1991. The Star Wars Miniatures Battles core rulebook was written by Stephen Crane and Paul Murphy, and published by West End Games in January 1991. The rules included are for playing battles using the metal miniatures produced by West End Games. The stats included in the book can be easily converted to use with Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game. The rulebook was repackaged in a boxed set along with some miniatures as the Star Wars Miniatures Battles Starter Set.

The rulebook contained three scenarios for playing the game; "Like Rats in a Trap," "Defending the Bridge," and "The Crystal Forest of Goratak."
