The Star Wars Outsider is a free webzine featuring contributions from many fans active in the Star Wars fan community, including regulars at the Jedi Council Forums and the What's the Story? competition. The name is a play on the name of the official Star Wars Insider magazine.
The debut issue was released on May 23, 2007. After a long hiatus, Issue 2 is expected to be released late 2009.
Fan contributors to the magazine who have since had official Star Wars work published include:
