Hero of the Confederacy is the third and final story arc of the ongoing Star Wars: The Clone Wars monthly comic series. The story was written by Henry Gilroy, head writer for the first season of the animated television series, and Steven Melching, who contributed several scripts to the show. The first issue was released on November 11, 2009.

The Confederacy is being provided with newer and more advanced ships from Valahari-a world whose royal family has claimed neutrality in the Clone Wars.
