The Starhowl Pirates were a group of pirates that operated in the Anoat sector, primarily Cloud City. Owacchi once associated himself with this group but later left them. This group consisted of humans, Wookiees, Aqualish, and Kubaz. They had a reputation of being very murderous and well deserving of retribution from anyone. Most, if not all, of the Starhowl Pirates were killed by a young smuggler who was sent by Shelish to "incapacitate" the group.[1]
