The Stark Veteran Assembly (or SVA) was an organization composed of, and aimed to support and speak for, Republic veterans of the Stark Hyperspace War. Headquartered on the Eriadu city of Phelar, its spokesperson as of 23 BBY was Laslo Dorits. The SVA participated in the 33 BBY Eriadu Trade Summit, where they presumably spoke against letting the Trade Federation arm itself.

Backing Militarists, the SVA were devoted advocates for an establishment of a standing Republic military, especially in the lead-up to the Clone Wars, and at least once publicly criticized Padmé Amidala for her pacifist views.
