"Starshine special" was a popular additive to alcoholic drinks in the galaxy during the last decades of the Galactic Republic. For the right wink, a patron in the Outlander Club on Coruscant could have it added to their cocktail. It may be related to or have similar strength as the Starshine Surprise.
