Station-Star 1 was a space station in the Tatoo system.
History[]
Station-Star 1 was the original landing station for Tatooine, making it the first direct pipeline connecting the planet to its space system. Both the Hutts and the Valarians reasoned that control of the station would ensure control over all of Tatooine. For this reason, the station was a constant target for both factions, and was eventually destroyed by 1 ABY. Even with the station in ruins, continual fighting between the Hutts and Valarians persisted.
With the loss of Station-Star 1, the Tatooine Space Station became primary space station for the system.

Station-Star 1 appeared in the video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony and published by LucasArts, prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.
