Station 2LC/Blue was a Bavos-I space platform that served as a border outpost on the boundary between Darpa sector and Bormea sector, located near the Ringali Nebula. Like Station 1B6/Green, 2LC/Blue was under the command of Imperial naval installations at Esseles.

2LC/Blue hosted thirty-six TIE fighters from SilverWing and GoldWing squadrons and was frequently visited by the Victory-class Star Destroyer Scourge.

The station dated back to the time of the Esselian Empire, and originally delineated part of the Esselian border.
