Major Stoghin Learz was a Kuati officer stationed aboard the Razor's Kiss during its construction at the Kuat Drive Yards. When Shalla Nelprin (in the guise of Qatya Nassin) met a Kuati lieutenant in a corridor of the ship, she confused the man into thinking she was lost and looking for "Stoghi", using his confusion in attempting to find the major to overpower and kill him. Whether Major Learz was actually aboard the ship during the Third Battle of Kuat is unknown, as well as his eventual fate.
