Storm Squadron was an Imperial Navy squadron, with recruitment based out of the capitol city of Bestine, on the Outer Rim world of Tatooine.

HistoryEdit

Known as one of the more elite of the Imperial squadrons, Storm Squadron's pilots undertook the most dangerous of missions for the Imperial Navy. Its membership later included pilots recruited from volunteer members of the Imperial Army and Imperial citizens.

Storm Squadron had several TIE/Advanced starfighters among the ships at its disposal. The squadron leader's TIE Advanced boasted more damaging lasers and better maneuverability over the regular squadron TIE Advanced, which had greater accuracy. Several of the fighters also had proton torpedo launchers.
