Strike Force Altagak was a small Rebel force that operated on the jungle world of Mentanar Vosk during the Galactic Civil War. Their mission on Mentanar was to harass the Imperial garrison and thereby distract them from other Alliance activities in the area. The strike force consisted of two squads of elite troopers.
The force was named after the altagak, a reptilian predator native to Altora, which was renowned for its ability to quietly stalk its prey and attack quickly.
