Sumda was a Human from Alderaan. Sumda and Sumda's relative Jylle Tend bought a mansion in the orbit of Alderaan that the Desilijic Hutt clan had previously used.

Sumda's only mention says "(...) sold out to Sumda and Jylle Tend, a very nice family of Humans from Alderaan". "Tend" might be the family surname, making Sumda's full name Sumda Tend; or it might be Jylle's second name.
