The Sunfire 1000 was a Merr-Sonn flamethrower mounted in the belly of the Turbostorm-class gunship.

These weapons were to put to good use by the Balawai militia on Haruun Kal during the Summertime War, where they were used to clear the jungle and Korunnai positions with ease from the air.
