CharacteristicsEdit

Their twenty cavernous holds could carry 40,000 standardized containers, for a total of 10 million cubic meters or 25 million metric tons worth of cargo. With the bulkheads between the holds removed, it could easily fit three CR90 corvettes. This great capacity, equivalent to hundreds of thousands of light freighters, made the Super Transport XI a highly economical means of delivering cargo despite its slow speed.

HistoryEdit

As the gigantic ships were slow, unarmed, and even unshielded, it was suitable only for the safest spacelanes, and required heavy escort for protection from pirates.

Due to its huge cargo bays, a Super Transport XI could be converted into a starfighter carrier, as was done by Imperial Lieutenant turned pirate Lon Donell.^[1]
