The SureSnoop Sensor tag was a tracking device manufactured by Rhinsome Tracking Corporation.

SpecificationsEdit

The SureSnoop was one of the most powerful sensor tags on the market during the Galactic Civil War. It was less than three centimeters in diameter and could easily be hidden inside jewelry, comlinks, and other common items. A detachable barb was used to clip the tag to the target's clothing. A small magnetic plate allowed the tag to be attached to vehicles' droids and other metal objects. The tag's handheld display screen locked on to the tag's comm pulse and indicated direction, location, and rate of movement. Maps programmed into the tracker could display the target's location relative to local landmarks. The tracker's hologram projector could display maps in three dimensions. The energy cell lasted three days and had a range of five kilometers.

The tag cost 500 credits and was restricted on many worlds. Other models were cheaper but had much shorter broadcast ranges and were considerably larger.
