T. Lund Phuna was a member of the Peacekeepers who played sabacc with Lando Calrissian during Lando's visit to Oseon 2795.

Phuna, who was in the pay of Rokur Gepta, used a cheater so Lando would win against Osuno Whett and be allowed to claim Vuffi Raa, on Rafa IV, as his prize. Phuna then planted the cheater on Lando, to make it appear as if he were the cheater and force Lando to go to Rafa IV immediately, exactly as Gepta wanted. However, he was tackled by Arun Feb and Vert Fori, who had seen Phuna make the plant.
