THX-1138 was a stormtrooper who joined the Imperial military some time before the Battle of Yavin. He met his end in the destruction of the first Death Star over Yavin.

Behind the scenesEdit

THX-1138 was the original name for the stormtrooper that later became TK-421 in Episode IV: A New Hope. In Galactic Battlegrounds, stormtroopers may often say "THX-1138 ready sir" when the player selects them with the cursor. THX-1138 is one of many references to the George Lucas film of the same name.
