THX-1138 (—0 BBY) was a stormtrooper that joined the Imperial military some time before the Battle of Yavin. He met his end in the destruction of the first Death Star over Yavin.

THX-1138 was the original name for the stormtrooper that later became TK-421 in Episode IV: A New Hope.
In Galactic Battlegrounds, stormtroopers may often say "THX-1138 ready sir" when the player selects them with the cursor.
THX-1138 is one of many references to the film of the same name.
