TL-017 was a Novatrooper stationed in Bestine capitol building during the Galactic Civil War.

TL-017 is a Non-Player Character in the MMORPG Star Wars Galaxies. He was added to the game when the developers implemented the Bestine election system in 2004. He serves no purpose in the game, other than to simply speak to players who converse with him.
