TR4-121 was a security surveialance camera in the Jedi Temple, specifically the Room of a Thousand Fountains. When Darth Vader, the fallen Jedi Anakin Skywalker, arrived to slaughter the Jedi during Operation: Knightfall in 19 BBY, TR4-121 recorded Skywalker killing Cin Drallig, the Jedi Battlemaster.

When Master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Grand Jedi Master Yoda returned to Coruscant to recalibrate the Jedi beacon, Kenobi saw his former Padawan through the camera. What happended to it afterwards is uncertain.
