Tae Diath was a Jedi Commander in the Clone Wars. He was the nephew and Padawan of his uncle, Jedi Master Nico Diath.

When Nico died in the war, Tae became one of the orphaned Padawans who comprised the Padawan Pack in the Battle of Jabiim.
Within the group he often made comments about his Master, of his great ability and power. He had telepathic abilities, and he shared this with Nico; whenever he lost control Nico let him listen to his mind to calm him down.
On Jabiim, after his Master's death, his telepathy began to surge. To help him overcome this, Elora Sund, a fellow orphaned Padawan, allowed him to share a mental link with her. Sadly, when Tae was killed by A-series assassin droids, Elora was killed as a result by the psychic backlash from his death due to their bond.
