Takobo was a planet that was home to a number of emigrated species, including Ithorians. The peaceful world boasted color architecture with a mix of modern and classical designs.[4] During the early rebellion against the Galactic Empire, two Imperial Inquisitors, the Seventh Sister and the Fifth Brother, captured a Force-sensitive Ithorian from the Ithorian settlement known as Hammertown. The infant was rescued by Ezra Bridger and other members of the rebel crew of the starship Ghost.[2]

Behind the scenesEdit

The planet Takobo first appeared in "The Future of the Force," an episode of the animated television series Star Wars Rebels. StarWars.com hinted that the planet was named Takobo because the dining option available on the day of the episode's writing conference was a taco bar.[5]

Notes and referencesEdit

  1. Poe Dameron: Flight Log states that atmospheres habitable to oxygen-breathers, such as humans, are known as "Type 1" atmosphere. The Future of the Force shows that Takobo's atmosphere is breathable to humans, therefore the planet has a Type 1 atmosphere.
