Talbot was a captain in the Republic Navy during the Clone Wars. He commanded the Acclamator I-class assault ship Arrestor, which rescued Delta Squad during their investigation of the assault ship Prosecutor. He also helped the clone commandos destroy the Trade Federation Lucrehulk-class Droid Control Ship that attacked Prosecutor.
