Tales of the Jedi: Dark Lords of the Sith Special Ashcan Edition was a black and white preview issue of the Tales of the Jedi: Dark Lords of the Sith series published by Dark Horse Comics and Topps. It came polybagged with the collector's edition of Star Wars Galaxy Magazine #1 in September 1994.

It featured the first twelve pages of Dark Lords of the Sith #1, sketches of Ulic Qel-Droma, Exar Kun, and cover art of the first two issues of the series by Chris Gossett and Mike Barreiro, along with a brief history of Star Wars titles from Dark Horse Comics.
