Taliff

Taliff was the Imperial governor of Dentaal. After he eliminated the House of Dentaal, its members formed the Dentaal Independence Party and overthrew him in a bloodless coup. In retaliation, Crix Madine wiped out Dentaal's population with the Candorian plague.
